Winter fruit baked Brie! This recipe is super deli Winter fruit baked Brie! This recipe is super delicious but simple! This took me about 20 minutes baking time included! (However, if you don’t want to crack your own walnuts or de-seed a pomegranate you can buy those ingredients already finished!

Recipe:

1 Wheel Brie
2 Cups Cranberries
1/2 Cup Orange Juice
1/2 Cup Pomegranate Arils
1/2 Cup Walnuts, chopped
2 Tbs Honey (mine is from @bjorns_co_honey )
Fresh Thyme

Instructions: 

Place Brie on a lined baking sheet in a 350° oven for 15 minutes. 

Toast walnuts.

Add cranberries, orange juice, honey, and 2-3 sprigs of thyme into a saucepan on medium. Cook down about 10 minutes or until all cranberries burst. 

Place Brie in a serving vessel with sides and top with cranberry mixture, pomegranate, walnuts, and thyme 
leaves. Serve with sliced baguette and enjoy!
