Tinkerbelle Turns Three: Birthday Party at the Bark Bar!
Hello Darlings!
When it comes to Tink I am that dog mom. The silly little creature is quite spoiled (to the point that is Tink up there in my header!) and so of course I had to do something special for her birthday!
I’ve been dying to make it over to the Bark Bar in the Highlands area of Denver for some time now because I love, love the concept! It’s a full bar with a giant selection of beers attached to an amazing patio and A DOG RUN. Yep, bring your pup to the bar, and all drinks (they don’t use glass) can be taken into the run and your furry little friend has doggy friends to play with while you chat with the other owners. One of Tink’s friends from our apartment building Drake (and his lovely owner) came out to play and everyone had a blast!

I found it super amusing that Tink turned three- aka 21 in dog years- and I brought her to a bar. Very appropriate! And just like heading into elementary school on your birthday- Tink brought doggy cupcakes I baked out of all organic human-grade ingredients to share with her friends at Bark Bar!
The cupcakes were chock full of peanut butter, carrots, honey, whole wheat flour, and then topped with cute little treats from my Gourmet Dog Treat Etsy shop and the pups loved them! They were such a hit that I’m debating on adding them to my inventory!

Unfortunately one of Tinker’s best doggy friends couldn’t make her birthday party, but we did wake up to a super cute SnapChat of Sullivan wishing her a happy birthday! Thanks Sully!
The Bark Bar also is open during the day to serve coffee and tea and offers free wifi- I know I will be stopping by during the summer to work and let Tink hang out with her puppy friends.
This post wasn’t at all sponsored by the Bark Bar- I just LOVE it! Be sure to check them out on Facebook and Twitter! And, if you’re headed their way, let me know- Tinker always loves meeting new friends!
