Hello Darlings!
I can’t believe it is almost fall! The Autumn Equinox is on Sunday so this week is the finale of my Summer Drink Series! I thought it was appropriate to have a celebratory glass of champagne spiced up with a bit of pomegranate juice (seriously, what doesn’t go well with Pom juice?!) Super simple, this drink is made with a grand total of three ingredients because, really you don’t need much to make a simple (mini in my case) bottle of champagne to taste fabulous!
Ingredients:
– Champagne
– Pomegranate Juice
– Lime
Instructions:
1. Add 1 ½ ounces of pomegranate juice to a champagne flute. (You can add more or less to taste)
2. Pour in champagne.
3. Squeeze a bit of lime juice in to brighten the pomegranate.
4. Garnish with a lime twist.
5. Enjoy!
It really is that simple! I’ve decided to take my Summer Drink Series into the fall! However, my Fall Drink Series will be a bit less frequent, with a cocktail recipe being released most likely every other week!
I’ve added links below to all of my Summer Drink Series cocktails! Which one was your favorite? Let me know in the comments below!
