Every time I post a ‘what’s in my “blank”’ post I give the same reason for why I love posts like these, and with this edition of What’s In My Bag: Anxiety it holds true- I am an incredibly nosy person. I love getting a peek into people’s lives whether it be in their hand bag, their closet (thank goodness for Marie Kondo and her ability to inspire people to clean out the closets and film it!), or their junk drawer. So, as I’ve recently switched to a summer pocketbook I thought I’d return the favor and show you what I have in my bag!
Now, there’s an inordinate amount of food in this bag. Along with being nosy I am an eater through and through. I recently was invited by Sprouts Farmer’s Market to the Made In Nature office up in Boulder and now I am thoroughly incapable of leaving the house without snacks. So that’s now a thing- however, it does mean that no one has to deal with ‘hangry’ Kait, which is a blessing in itself!
So, for the main event: What’s In My Bag: Anxiety Edition! There’s a ton of stuff packed into this little Micheal Kors crossbody, so for the sake of keeping this post short and sweet I’m going to bullet everything out!
The Necessities: my little wallet full of cards, literally a single dollar bill, business cards, and IDs plus keys, a sanitary pad, pens, my iPhone X, and a bag of I and Love and You dog treats because you all know I am a full on stage mom to my sweet Samoyed pups.
The ‘Keeping Kait a Happy Critter’ bunch: Made in Nature Toasted Cinnamon Coconut chips (these guys are organic and SO tasty!), Made in Nature Organic Dried Bananas, bandaids, hair ties, bobby pins, and an All Purpose Salve from my The Spiral Collective herbalism line!
The ‘Anxiety Will Not Kick My Butt Today’ bunch: My absolute go-to Rescue Remedy (check these posts out for more info) that I spray on my tongue as I feel a panic attack coming on, a small vial of soothing lavender essential oil, Good Day Chocolate Calm supplement (packed with chamomile and magnesium to chill your brain out, and two different types of stones- a fluorite worry store to help calm down frenetic energy, and two tumbled hematite stones for grounding!
