5 Crystals for Productivity in the Workplace

Working from home can be a challenge. While it is lovely to roll out of bed and into my office still in my pajamas, staying focused – especially when you have two very silly fur balls running around- isn’t always the easiest. You can get lonely, distracted, and throughly impatient. When I am having one of those days that it seems like nothing is working and I can’t get anything accomplished, I take a break, sip a mug of tea, and adorn my workspace with a collection of crystals that are great for keeping me on track. I mentioned my setup on my Instagram the other day and so many of you lovelies were interested! Crystals for productivity are both beautiful and so very useful.

Crystals for Productivity

Clear Quartz

Crystals for Productivity

Clear quartz, known as the ‘mother of all crystals’ is one of the stones that you absolutely need in your arsenal. This stone is great for so many things, but when it comes to the workplace- it is wonderful at concentrating energy. Holding quartz points has been shown to augment your biomagnetic field (this can be captured using a Kirlian camera- SO interesting!) Because of this amplification everything can seem a bit clearer- a great way to rid the mind of distractions!

Tiger’s Eye

Crystals for Productivity

Tiger’s eye with its beautiful striations is known for its ability to ground a busy mind. Aiding the bearer to focus on what is at hand and figuring out what is necessary for the task at hand- especially when it comes to resolving conflicts. It is also known for helping to unblock your creative side by balancing energy- perfect for someone like me who’s work is reliant on creativity!

Citrine

Crystals for Productivity

Citrine comes in a multitude of different colors, varying from light yellow to a dark orange. It is said to carry the power of the sun, which makes sense seeing its color- and is known as an incredibly powerful cleansing stone- so much so that it never needs cleansing on its own! Citrine enhances concentration, raises motivation, and focuses on the bearer’s self-confidence, allowing them to shine.

Green Aventurine

Crystals for Productivity

Aventurine is another stone that can be discovered in many colors, green, blue, red, brown, peach- but I love the green iteration for relieving workplace stress. As a comforter and heart healer (the heart chakra’s associated color is green) it helps bring issues that seem chaotic back under control. It brings an overall calm disposition and a feeling of peace!

Fluorite

Crystals for Productivity

Fluorite, especially rainbow fluorite, is one of my favorites stones, period. I love using a fluorite worry stone- I keep one in my pocket whenever my pants have pockets- to calm down my anxiety. It can relieve frenetic energy, and with its stabilizing effect it helps you to see the connection between your emotions and your physical body. It is a stone of balance and is helpful in revealing truth in complicated situations.

Crystals for Productivity

I love delving into the science behind why crystals work- from their energy fields (seriously- the vibrations in clear quartz help watches tell time!) to their mineral properties. I am constantly collecting books to help me dive a bit deeper- my favorites right now are The Crystal Bible and The Ultimate Guide to Crystals and Stones!
