Make Self Care a Priority

When we make a big change (like adding school to our daily routine!) making sure to keep up with self care is important. Feeling confident with our mental health can help keep anxiety symptoms at bay.

Back to school can be hectic and unexpected to-do list items, schedule additions and the like can pop up! Navigating these is easier when your needs (like food!) are already set. So try meal prepping or pre-packing your lunches to feel more in control and to save time!
