Hello Darlings!
I recently compiled all of my to-do lists into one long list and it ended up being six pages long. Seriously, SIX pages of lined notebook paper. Le sigh. And, because I am a wonderfully productive person, I had a minor freak out and decided to totally ignore everything I should be doing and go online shopping instead- like I said, super productive.
I am a card-carrying member (okay maybe just a blog button) of #TeamSierra an awesome team of outdoor bloggers for Sierra Trading Post (if you happen to have missed it, check out the STP hub with a few of my articles here). Not going to lie, we’re pretty awesome and happen to Twitter chat about how beer and burgers are the perfect post-hike fuel. STP also has wonderful deals on all kinds of outdoor gear, so when you’re staring at your computer screen at one in the morning, wishing you were on a mountain top staring at the stars, the next best thing is making a wish list of everything you’d want on that mountain top. Okay, maybe that’s just me.
(1) A sleeping bag. Look at me being practical! However, this sleeping bag’s name is the Sorcerer. I’m a grown up.
An assortment of fun campfire cooking supplies! With a (2) Sandwich Griller, (3) a colander that looks like it made from the hide of a dinosaur, and (4) pastel sporks what could go wrong?
I have always wanted to try balancing on (5) a slackline, but I refuse to in the park because I know I’m going to faceplant. Might as well try in the woods right? Sounds safe.
(6) Hammocks are one of my favorite pieces of -furniture? gear?- of all time. This one is gorgeous and totally impractical for camping, however I went with a sleeping back so this one will fit in my pack, right?
And finally, because Colorado is perpetually dry, a (7) CamelBak is totally necessary because you know I am totally impatient and would definitely not wanting to be waiting for water to boil!
So, there you have it, my slightly delirious, but none-the-less awesome wish list from Sierra Trading Post! What would you include on your wishlist? Let me know in the comments below!
